Yes, the five books you picked need to be around a topic, theme, or mood, or the recommendation doesn't work.

It doesn't work if you recommend five books that inspired your book or inspired you to write. That isn't enough of a grouping. That might be a format we add eventually, but the current format has to be around a theme, topic, or mood.
