Is it okay to quote a line from the book I recommend? Will it be a copyright issue?

That is fair use, so no worries there. 

That said, we don't want book recommendations to have quotes unless they blend seamlessly into your recommendation. Readers want to hear why you love the book, so we prefer that you don't include quotes. If you do include one, please include it as part of your paragraph, not broken out.
