Who created the Shepherd web design?

I work with an amazing designer named Strahinja who is based out of Europe. We've worked together on projects for many years, and he is a wonderful human being. I am very happy to introduce authors to him as he also works with WordPress (among many other things). He just finished creating a new website for an author's upcoming book launch.
